challenge them. Spend some moments to analyze your thoughts and answer the questions
given below:

- Rate its intensity on a scale of 1-10
- What is the evidence in favor of this thought
- What is the evidence against this thought
- Do you think your thought is based on true scenarios or you are exaggerating the
- consequences
- What could be the worst outcome
- What could be the ideal outcome
- What could be the realistic outcome
- If your friend had the same situation or thought what would you suggest to them
- Now what is your suggestion to yourself
- Rate the intensity of the above-mentioned thought now on a scale of 1-10
