Stillness is everywhere when you know where to look. It’s in those moments of quiet after the kids fall asleep, the calm you feel between breaths, and even in the essence of who you are — like your core values and the love in your relationships. It’s that hidden calm beneath all the emotional ups and downs. Even though life is always in motion, finding these little pockets of peace helps us stay grounded. Try incorporating short moments of stillness into your daily routine, like taking a few deep breaths, tuning into the world around you, or even savoring a quiet cup of coffee. By embracing stillness, we can recharge and gain clarity, making us more present and patient with our kids.
