  1. Find a comfortable space with room to move freely.
  2. Choose to perform the exercise either standing or lying on the floor.

  5. Experiment with additional movements that feel good.
  6. Return to a still, resting position.
  7. Take a few deep breaths to regain balance and settle your body.
